is a distinguished Army veteran and engineer with over 22 years of service, currently serving as the Director of Atek Engineering Solutions LLP. Professional Achievements and Military Leadership

  • Entrepreneurial Success: As the Director of Atek Engineering Solutions LLP, he established a startup focused on reverse engineering of PCBs to cater for obsolescence management of the defence equipment.
  • Production Excellence: While serving as Deputy General Manager Production at an Army Base Workshop, he achieved the highest output of repairables for three consecutive years, overseeing the repair of rotables and PCBs of critical opto-electronic equipment. Achieved 10% YoY enhanced output by ensuring process improvement.
  • Operational Command: He commanded a Corps Zonal Workshop consisting of 850 technicians catering for the Northern command of the Indian Army. As a CentREM for Northern command, he ensured minimum TAT for the repairables received ensuring enhanced operational efficiency.
  • HR and Digital Transformation: As the General Manager (Administration) at an Army Base Workshop, he streamlined the claim process od Civil defence Employees using SQL-based software which led to reduced grievances of the employees.
  • Transfer of Technology: He led a team to the OEM premises in Russia for transfer of technology of Tank T-90. Later, he established the facility for component level repair for the Indian Army.

  • GOC-in-C Commendation Card (2022): Awarded for organizing the North Tech Symposium for Northern command Units which witnessed enhanced participation of 184 Industry and Academia partners.
  • Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card (2021): Recognized for fabricating a contactless thermometer for the Indian Army during COVID.
  • Director General National Security Guard Commendation Disc (2015): Awarded for providing prompt engineering support for the specialized units of NSG.

    A professional with a strong academic foundation and diverse practical experience, she brings a unique and valuable perspective to the role of Director in a PCB manufacturing company. Holding a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Chemistry, she possesses a deep understanding of materials, chemical processes and analytical techniques—core elements that are directly relevant to printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturing, which relies heavily on chemical treatments, etching, plating and surface finishing.
    Her extensive teaching experience across multiple schools has helped her develop exceptional communication, leadership and organizational skills. As an educator, she has demonstrated the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and structured manner, mentor students and manage responsibilities efficiently. These skills translate effectively into corporate leadership, where guiding teams, training staff and ensuring process clarity are essential.
